Festival de Cascarones is the official FIESTA event of Texas A&M University-San Antonio. 2022 saw a complete reimagining of the design for the event. A new event logo was developed alongside a special fiesta color palette. Over 300 new signs including street banners, tent marquees, wayfinding, schedules, y mas were produced.
The 2022 A&M-SA fiesta medal included its first patterned ribbon with a jaguar atop a cascarone (egg) shape. Compositional elements pulled from the university campus reinforced the preexisting design language.
